Action
Jog the robot to a comfortable working position
in regard of getting access to the axis-6 gearbox.
Jog axis 5 so that the tilt house is horizontal
(turning disk points straight forward).
WARNING
Handling gearbox oil involves several safety risks.
Before proceeding, please read the safety inform-
ation in the section Safety risks during work with
gearbox lubricants (oil or grease) on page
Jog axis-5 approximately +75°.
CAUTION
The gearbox can contain an excess of pressure
that can be hazardous. Use caution when the oil
plug is opened, in order to let out the excess
pressure.
Open the combined inspection and ventilation
plug.
