5P CONNECTOR
Check the SRS indicator circuit:
1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2 . R e m o v e t h e g a u g e a s s e m b l y . D o n o t d i s c o n n e c t t h e
dashboard wire harness 5P connector from the gauge
3. Turn the ignition switch ON (ll).
4. Connect the dashboard wire harness 5P connector termi-
nals No. 1 and No. 5 with a iumDer wire.

Faultv SRS indicator light circuit in the gauge assembly;
roplaca the SRS printed circuit board in the gauge
assombly.
Check for an open in the SRS indicator light circuit:
1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the dashboard wire harness 5P connector
from the gauge assembly.
3. Check resistance between the No. 6 termanal of the SRS
main harness 18P connector and No. 1 terminal of the
dashboard wire harness 5P connectori there should be
0 - 1 . 0 0 .
ls the resistanco as 3pecified?
