Cruise Control
Main Switch Test/Replacement
Remove the driver's dashboard lower cover (see sec-
tion 20).
Carefully push out the swilch from behind the dash_
o o a r q .
3. Disconnect the connector from the switch.
MAIN SWITCH
BULBS {0.84 W)
4. Check for continuity between the terminals in each
switch position according to the table.
lf there is no continuity, reOlace the switch.

Test/Replacement
l. Dlsconnect the battery negatjve cable, then discon-
nect the positive cable, and wait at least three min_
U I E S .
Disconnect the driver's airbag connector (see sec-
rion 24).
Remove the dashboard driver's lower cover (see sec-
tion 20).
Disconnect the cable reel sub-harness 3p connector
from the main wire harness.

Terminal side of
male terminals
Check for continuity between the terminals of the
cable reel sub-harness 3p connector in each switch
position according to the table.

the switch is OK.
lf there is no continuity in one or both positions,
go to step 6.
