Configuring an ACL
From the navigation tree, select QoS > ACL IPv4.

Click the Add tab.

Enter the ACL number 3000, and then click Apply.

Click the Advanced Setup tab.

Configure the following parameters:

a. Select the ACL 3000.
b. Select Rule ID, and enter the rule ID 0.
c. Select the action Deny.
