e) Adjust the height of rear side of the belt
unit as follows:
1) Lift the upper part of the feed belt out
of the way and measure the distance
between the top of the access hole
[ A ] i n t h e p r e s s u r e r o l l e r s u p p o r t
bracket and the lower part of the
feed belt at the front and rear left
corners.
2) Adjust the two distances so that they
are the same by using the left height
adjusting bolt [B] on the DF mounting
bracket.
3) Adjust the right rear height adjusting
bolt [C] so that the DF closes properly.
Make sure that the belt is properly
positioned in the belt guide spacers.
4) Tighten the four screws (M5 x 12) on
the mounting posts. Lock the height ad-
justing bolts [B] [C] (2 lock nuts).
f) Install the DF grip plate.
g) Check that the DF closes properly.
