5. Normal: Plug the switching board into
CN106 and turn on SW4.
Leading Edge: Plug the switching boards
into CN106 and CN112 and then turn on
SW4 of both boards.
6. Lower the PCB plate (2 screws).
7. Turn on the main switch and adjust the
separation dc current by turning DC on the
T/S power pack [A] (for leading edge
corona current turn DC1). (Wait 30 seconds
for the corona current to stabilize.)
8. Turn off the main switch and select the ac
200 µA range of the multimeter.
9. Turn on the main switch and adjust the
separation ac current (normal mode) by
turning DAC on the T/S power pack. (Wait
30 seconds for the corona current to
stabilize.)
10. Turn off the main switch.
11. Repeat steps 5 to 10 until both the dc and
ac corona currents are adjusted to within
the optimum adjusting value.
12. Turn off the main switch and the switches
on the switching boards.
