DRUM CURRENT ADJUSTMENT

NOTE: The drum current varies with environmen-
tal conditions such as humidity and atmo-
spheric pressure.
should only be checked and adjusted
when the copy image is out of specifica-
tion because each corona
adjusted for a range of environments in
the factory.
Drum current adjustment may be required
when there are problems with paper se-
paration, incomplete toner transfer, or
copy image problems.
CAUTION: Make sure that the main switch is
turned off when you change the range
on the digital multimeter. If it is not
off, the multimeter may be damaged.
