LARGE CAPACITY TRAY

1. TRAY WIRE REPLACEMENT

- Front Wire -
1. Unplug the tray power cord; then, remove
the front cover and the nylon clamp holding
the operation board harness (1 screw).
- Rear Wire -
1. Remove the LCT from the copier; then,
remove the following parts:
Rear cover (5 screws)
Transformer assembly with tray main
board [A] (1 screw, 8 connectors, and 1
nylon clamp)
Drive motor assembly [B] (2 screws and
1 connector)
Ac power terminal [C] (2 screws and 1
ground wire)
Safety switch assembly [D] (2 short
screws)
Safety switch actuator assembly [E] (2
E-rings)
Shield plate [F] (4 screws)
