To check the paper path, do the following:

Open the HPT and MSHPF jam doors to clear paper jams and fragments.
Note: Close all doors after clearing the jam.

Remove the obstructions on the bins.

Procedure before starting the mailbox service checks

To check for proper installation, do the following:

Check the mailbox for misalignment.
2
Make sure that the interface cables are properly connected.
3
Reseat the mailbox.
