Lift Motor Operation for Tray 4

The Tray 4 Lift Motor rotates the Bottom Plate Lift Pulley. Two cables are attached to each
end of the Pulley. The other ends of the cables are attached to the four corners of the
bottom plate. When the Motor rotates the Pulley, the cables wrap around the Pulley and
raise the bottom plate.

Mechanical Drive Tray 4 Components

The Mechanical Drive for Tray 4 of the HCF is made up of two motors along with
associated gears that transmit the motor drive to the various Tray 4 paper transport rolls.
