Remove the two screws securing the Right Cover to the HCF frame.
Lift up the Right Cover to free the two latching tabs from the HCF frame, and remove
the Cover.
Hook the two latching tabs that are located at the bottom edge of the Right Cover
into the openings at the bottom of the HCF frame.
Press the Right Cover against the frame.
Use two screws to secure the Right Cover to the HCF.
