3.6.2.3 Replacing the Foot Plate

1) Remove the foot rest.
2) Unscrew the size 4 Allen head screws on the angle adjustment (see Fig. 43).
3) Replace the foot plate.
4) To reassemble, perform these steps in reverse order. Tighten the Allen head screw to 10 Nm.

3.6.2.4 Replacing the Pivot Bearing

1) Remove the foot rest.
2) Unscrew the size 4 Allen head screw at the centre of the pivot bearing (see Fig. 44).
3) Remove/replace the pivot bearing.
4) To reassemble, perform these steps in reverse order. Tighten the Allen head screw to 5 Nm.
