5. Connect other end of the cable to the programmer (uses a standard RJ25 telephone
jack).
6. Switch the machine power on.
7. Press the "On/Off" button on the programmer. The green light will be on when the
unit is powered.
8. Use the "Program Select" button to choose the memory bank in which your file was
stored. One of the four LEDs will be illuminated to indicate the memory bank that is
selected.
9. Press the "Load" button to start the firmware upload. The status LED will start
flashing to indicate that the file is uploading.
10. When the upload is complete, the LED will stop flashing and turn green if the upload
was successful or red if the upload failed.
11. If the upload was successful, switch off the power to the machine, disconnect the
programming cable and switch the machine power back on.
12. If the upload failed, verify that you have the correct file on your PC and repeat the
entire loading process (first from the PC to the programmer, and then from the
programmer to the machine).
NOTE: Once a file is loaded into the programmer, it will remain
stored in the programmer until you write another file into that
memory location.
