Note: This command is only valid when the FSK and BUC power are
enabled.

Enables or disables communications, via the FSK link, with an
externally connected BUC, where:
0=Disabled
1=Enabled
Example: BCE=0 (Disabled)

Enables or disables the 10 MHz frequency reference to the BUC.
