Blacklist for Bluetooth devices

The blacklist contains the Bluetooth devices, for which a connection setup at-
tempt should be rejected by OpenStage. The connection will only be allowed if
the setup attempt comes from OpenStage.
Adding a Bluetooth device

Press the key shown until the application's "Settings" tab is active.
Select and confirm the option shown.

Enter and confirm the user password.

Removing a Bluetooth device from the blacklist
