    This User & Administartor Guide is intended to help you familiarize yourself with the OpenScape Desk Phone CP400T and all of its functions. It contains import- ant information on the safe and proper operation of the OpenScape Desk Phone CP400T.

     Single-line telephone/multi-line telephone Your OpenScape Desk Phone CP400T is a "multi-line telephone". This means that your service personnel can configure multiple lines on your phone, which is not the case with single-line phones. Each line is assigned an individual phone number which you can use to make and receive calls.
