When the input/output LEDs are off or the fault LEDs are on, the power module does not work properly.
To troubleshoot the power supply system:
Check the power cable connections. If a power cable is loose, re-plug the power cable.

Replace the power cable, and check whether the LEDs are normal.

Check the power module installation. If the power module is not fully seated, re-install the power

module to make sure it makes close contact with the backplane of the switch.
Check the power source. Make sure that the power source works properly and provides a normal
4.
voltage.
Check whether the power module has encountered output short circuit, output over-current, output
5.
over-voltage, input under-voltage, or over-temperature problems.
Plug the power module into an empty power module slot, and check whether the power module
6.
can work properly. If the power module can work properly, the power module slot may have failed.
Otherwise, proceed with the next step.
Plug a new power module that can work properly into the same power module slot, and connect
7.
it to the same power source. If the new power module can work properly, the old power module
fails. Contact the agents to replace the old power module.

Description
The power is input properly.
No power is input.
The input power exceeds the threshold.
The power is output properly.
No power is output.
The power output is overloaded.
An over-temperature alarm occurs.
The power module works properly.
The power module is faulty.
The power module works properly.
