To troubleshoot the failures when the RUN LED of the power monitoring module is off:
Unplug and then plug the power monitoring module.
1.
If the RUN LED is still off, replace the power monitoring module.
2.
If the RUN LED is still off, contact H3C Technical Support for help.

Description
The power monitoring module is working properly.

At least one power module is faulty.

The switch of the power frame is off.

Power modules are in position, but no AC power supply
is provided.
A power module is being inserted or removed.
The power modules are working properly.
