AIRCOAT ATOMIZING FLAT JET SPRAY PROCESS
In the AirCoat process, high pressure of 3-15 MPa; 30-150 bar; 435-2176 psi is used to atomize the material.
The AirCoat air at 0-0.25 MPa; 0-2.5 bar; 0-36 psi produces a soft jet, which largely eliminates the problem of
overlapping boundaries. With shaping air the possibility exists of changing the jet spray width.
