Setting Date, Time, and Language

You can update the system with regional settings, including the
location-specific language and time.
To set the language for the user interface:

Go to System > Admin Settings > General Settings > Language.
Set the language for the user interface.
Go to System > Admin Settings > General Settings > Date and Time.
Configure these settings on the Time Zone screen:
Description
Specifies the daylight savings time setting. When you enable
this setting, the system clock automatically changes for
daylight saving time.
Specifies the time difference between GMT (Greenwich Mean
Time) and your location.
Specifies connection to a time server for automatic system
time settings.
The date and time must be manually reset every time a
Polycom QDX 6000 system restarts, in the following cases:
Time Server is set to Off.
Time Server is set to Manual or Auto, but the system cannot
connect to a time server successfully.
Specifies the address of the time server to use when Time
Server is set to Manual.
Select
and configure these settings on the Date and Time screen:

Specifies your format preference for the date display.
Specifies your format preference for the time display.
Lets you enter your local date.
Lets you enter your local time.
