POSSIBLE MALFUNCTION
Poor or improper fuel supply
Low Fuel Pump pressure.
Dirty fuel nozzle.
Improper air adjustment
setting.
Scale buildup in heat
exchanger coil.
Low Fuel Pump pressure.
Low fuel.
Cold combustion chamber.
Dirty fuel nozzle.
Improper air adjustment
setting.
Check fuel type and quality.
Drain and clean fuel tank and system
if necessary.
Check fuel pump pressure, adjust to
proper specifications.
Remove and replace fuel pump if
necessary.
Contact REEVES EMS.
Remove and replace fuel nozzle if
necessary.
Adjust accordingly to the procedures
listed in Maintenance every 3 months.
Contact REEVES EMC for de-scaling
procedures.
Check fuel pump pressure, adjust to
proper specifications.
Remove and replace fuel pump if
necessary.
Contact REEVES EMS.
Refill with fuel.
Run burner for several minutes. If
condition does not improve proceed
with next step.
Remove and replace fuel nozzle.
Adjust accordingly to the procedures
listed in Maintenance every 3 months.
