POSSIBLE MALFUNCTION
Dirty or clogged fuel nozzles.
Improper burner air
adjustment.
Electronic Ignition failure
Ignition electrodes not set
properly, damaged or worn.
Flow switch not completing
fuel solenoid circuit.
Power switch is not in the
"ON" position.
Defective switch
Out of fuel.
Temperature is above normal
operating temperature
Low on fuel.
Contaminated fuel supply and
system.
Contaminated fuel filter.
Dirty fuel nozzles.
Improper air adjustment
setting.
Fuel Pump malfunctioning.
Remove and replace with new nozzle.
Check fuel filter and fuel quality.
Drain and clean entire fuel system, if
required.
Adjust accordingly to the procedures
listed in Maintenance every 3 months.
Remove and replace electronic
ignition.
Replace or adjust accordingly to the
procedures listed in Maintenance
Check for proper flow through heater.
Remove and replace flow switch if
necessary
Contact REEVES EMS.
Turn to "ON" position.
Remove and replace switch.
Refuel.
Unit will automatically reignite after
some cool down time.
Refuel.
Service entire fuel system.
Remove and replace fuel filter.
Replace.
Adjust accordingly to the procedures
listed in Maintenance every 3 months.
Check output pressure.
Remove and replace fuel pump if
necessary.
