1)
Go to the "3.Group-5.Incoming Call Distribution Group-1.Group Setting"
screen.
2)
Assign "Time out & Manual Queue Redirection-Destination" for the Incoming
Call Distribution Group to a floating extension number (VPS Port).
3)
Assign "Overflow Time" parameter.
4)
Click "Apply" to save the changed data.
