4. Select Modem/Connection Properties and then enter the following settings:
a. Bits per second: 38,400
b. Parity: None
c. Data bits: 8
d. Stop bits: 1
e. Flow control: SOFTWARE
5. Click [OK].
6. Select the "Data" tab followed by the "Transfer Protocol" button, and then RAW ASCII for the "Current
Transfer Protocol"
7. Click [OK].
8. Energize the IMAGER and insert the film saver onto the Film Tray.
9. From the "Service Test" menu, check that the Service Port Baud Rate is set to match the terminal
program baud rate (e.g. 38.4 K BPS).
10. From the SERVICE COMPUTER, type: @ to check the connection.
The Error Log from the IMAGER will then be displayed on the SERVICE COMPUTER.
11. Click on the "Send File" icon.
12. In the "Look-in" field, enter the drive and folder where the file is located.
13. In the "Files of Type:" field, select All Files (*.*).
14. In the "Filename:" field, enter the name of the file you want to send, and click [Open].
Note
The S-records should begin transferring and, after a short delay, the IMAGER will return a (.) for
each group of several records received successfully.
15. If X's are received, stop the transfer.
Note
X's indicate an error in the received record and the transfer will not be successful.
a. De-energize and energize the IMAGER.
Note
You do not have to wait until the self--test is complete before continuing. You may continue after
receiving +++ ATSO =1 from the IMAGER.
b. Restart the procedure at step 10.

After a successful transfer, the IMAGER sends the following messages, then boots and does a self
test after it energizes:
Reprogramming IMAGER FEEPROM
Erasing Sector XxXXXXXXXX
Writing Data to Sector XxXXXXXXXX
