The IMAGER will not pass the film calibration pass if D max is less than 3.0.
PHONE FIX - - OPERATOR CORRECTABLE
Try loading new film.
ON SITE - -TECHNICIAN CORRECTABLE
Check that the DENSITOMETER is clean. Check the expiration date on the customer's film. Check the
storage procedures the customer uses.
