When Nitrogen Loading increases to the Caution level indicated
by 4 segments displayed as the NIBG and the UP Arrow appear-
ing solid, 3 short beeps will sound 3 times, the red L D will
flash, and the message UP > HIGH > NI will appear on the
display (Fig. 141).
After the beeps, the message will continue to scroll until the
NIBG recedes to 3 segments at which time the message will
change to FR
and the UP Arrow will be removed.

In the event that Nitrogen Loading increases to the Warning
level indicated by all 5 segments of the NIBG and UP Arrow
flashing (Fig. 142), 3 short beeps will sound 3 times, the red L D
will flash, and the message UP > VIOL will appear on the dis-
play.
After the beeps, the message UP > VIOL will continue to be
displayed scrolling until you surface, then the graphic VIOL will
alternately be On/Off for 10 minutes after the dive.
Upon surfacing, the UP Arrow will be removed, however, the Full
NIBG will continue to flash for 24 hours and dive computer
operation will revert to Permanent Violation Gauge Mode until a
full 24 hours elapse with no diving. Access to Watch Mode will
be allowed, but access toNORM or GAUG will be blocked.
