4.2.9.4 DRIVE ASSY FUSER (PL6.1.18) Removal
1. Remove the FUSER ASSY. (See Section 4.2.12.1.)
2. Remove the BTR ASSY. (See Section 4.2.12.2.)
3. Remove the COVER ASSY FRONT. (See Section 4.2.4.10.)
4. Remove the COVER ASSY TOP MAIN. (See Section 4.2.4.4.)
5. Remove the COVER SIDE R. (See Section 4.2.4.9.)
6. Release the latch A of the printer body and open the CHUTE ASSY IN
(PL6.1.1).
7. Remove the 1 screw (gold, with outside toothed lock washer, 6mm)
securing the WIRE ASSY FSR EARTH (PL6.1.20) to the DRIVE ASSY
FUSER.
8. Remove the 1 screw (gold, with outside toothed lock washer, 6mm)
securing the wire to the upper part of the DRIVE ASSY MAIN (PL14.1.2).
9. Free the harness (J52) between the DRIVE ASSY DEVE and CHUTE
ASSY IN from clamps and the housing.
10. Remove the LATCH R. (See Section 4.2.9.5.)
11. Remove the 3 screws (gold, tapped, 10mm) securing the DRIVE ASSY
FUSER to the CHUTE ASSY IN.
12. Remove the DRIVE ASSY FUSER from the CHUTE ASSY IN.
