Security Alarm Action
MBC - 4-30
For each of the four sensor contacts on the Option Board, a trigger of any of the
sensors will cause action to be taken based on the programming in this category.
Action here will occur only when the alert condition has not been reset (actual alarm
condition exists).
Alert Mode can be set to one of three actions:
An additional action OutCall may be programmed to place an outgoing call using
these parameters:
The programming parameters are:
Data Range (Default setting in bold)
Press show.
Input the sensor # to adjust (1, 2, 3 or 4), then press show.
Use back and next to select the option to be programmed.
Press chg to select the desired value.
Ring all extensions.
Make a voice announcement to all extensions (requires the optional voice
mail).
N (No additional action).
Outgoing Phone Number to call.
MSG Launch (requires the optional voice mail).
Out Call Duration.
Out Call tries.
Security circuit to setup (1- 4).
Alert Mode; as above (3 choices).
Outcall—CO Line Selection.
Out Call Phone Number (Remote telephone number to dial, such as a cellular
telephone).
Message Launch (how long after dialed number to send message).
Out Call Duration (How long does the Outcall alert continue).
Out Call Tries (How many times to attempt an out call should a failure occur).
Relay Control determines if Relay 1 - 4 is triggered with this action.
Alert Mode: Ring, Voice, N.
Outcall— Tr. Sel: Null, Group 1, Group 2 - Group 6.
OC. Phone No. Empty, 16 digits.
MSG Launch: 01, 02, 03 - 60.
OC. Duration: 0.5, 1, 2, 3 - 9.
OC. Tries: 01 - 05 - 20.
Relay Control: Relay # 1 - 4: Y/N.
