3. Left for the Day.
4. In a Meeting.
5. Out of Office.
6. On Vacation.
Note:
• Press show.
• Use the back and next keys to select Outgoing Message or Premises Message.
• Press show. [The message for the group selected is displayed].
• Use the back and next keys to select the message to be changed.
• Press chg.
• Use the Dial Pad keys to input the message that will be displayed when the user
selects this option.
• Press save.
• Use the back and next to navigate through the various programmable messages
and repeat programming instructions for each desired change.
A seventh message is available during setup at the extension, It cannot be
programmed through system programming. The seventh is "Empty" and can
be customized on-the-fly by the user.
