Conditions
1. Extension directory numbers can only be swapped with other valid numbering
plan defined extension directory numbers.
Extension User Name (Station Name)
Each extension in the system may have an alphanumeric designation. This extension
name may be up to 6 characters in length. Each name may contain upper and lower
case letters, numbers and special characters which are available through the Enhanced
Lettering Scheme feature. The Extension User Name is programmed in Database
Programming.

Intercom Calls
Conditions
1. The programmed Extension User Name will be displayed at called extensions
whenever intercom calls are made for one extension to another.
2. Whenever there is no Extension User Name programmed, the characters "EXT"
are displayed.
3. When a User Name is programmed for extensions the "EXT" normally displayed
at that idle extension will be replaced with the programmed name.
4. Names may be six (6) or fewer characters.
External Music Source
The system comes equipped with one 3.5mm mini-phono jack that supports one
External Music Source. The source of the music can be a CD player, radio, tape deck,
or other Message/Music On Hold source. Additionally, each digital speakerphone can
monitor the music source by enabling the Music-on-Hold feature, "Feature 52"
It is the user's responsibility to complying with all applicable music industry
restrictions and copyright laws.
