1 = Admin Password
At default, the Admin Password is set to 123456 and can be changed to any number
between 000000 and 999999. The password must be six digits in length.
2 = Record Greetings
There are a total of six greetings in the voice processing system. Four of them -
Regular Hours, After Hours, Break (Lunch), and Holiday are system greetings are
played to callers when the voice processing answers. The final two - Department
Directory and Extension Directory are played after the caller makes a selection using
DTMF tones from the main menu:
• 1 Regular Hours - This greeting will play during regular office hours as defined
in the System Time parameter. A generic greeting will play if no greeting is
recorded.
• 2 After Hours - This greeting will play after regular office hours as defined in the
System Time parameter. A generic greeting will play if no greeting is recorded.
• 3 Break - This greeting will play during the regularly scheduled break as defined
in the System Time parameter. A generic greeting will play if no greeting is
recorded.
• 4 Holiday - This greeting will play during any programmed holiday as defined in
the Holiday Schedule parameter. A generic greeting will play if no greeting is
recorded.
• 5 Department Directory Greeting - The department directory greeting is used to
list the departments' name and extension numbers when a caller dials 711 from
the Call Routing Menu. This greeting is specific to each installation so no generic
greeting is played. (Related Programming - Department Programming)
• 6 Extension Menu Greeting - The extension directory greeting is used to list the
extension names and numbers when a caller dials712 from the Call Routing
Menu. This greeting is specific to each installation so no generic greeting is
played.
