2. When a Programmable Feature key is used: During recorder setup the associated
LED (lamp) for that key will light steady. When the recording begins the lamp
will change color but it will remain lit solid.
3. Extensions programmed into the Automatic Record Group will not begin record-
ing until Call Duration Timer has expired.
4. Placing a call on hold constitutes completing a call and ends the recording func-
tion. Therefore, the feature code saving the recording must be dialed before plac-
ing the call on hold.
Voice Processing Digital (Integration)
The system can be equipped with the optional OM-VML Voice Processing system.
This voice processing solution is fully integrated with the system. Performance of the
digitally integrated Voice Mail is notably superior to that of a regular analog
integration.
The digital integration Voice Mail system also eases the installation effort by
automating the setup of the three primary functions: Voice Messaging, Automated
Attendant, and Menu Routing. Just install the OM-VML and when the Omega-Phone
924 is powered up, the system configures itself.
To transfer a caller to the Auto Attendant Main Greeting dial:

Conditions
1. Calls that are forwarded or transferred to voice mail if no mailbox number is
entered (In-Band) and the call is routed to the voice mail main greeting (e.g. Auto
Attendant greeting.)
2. If no voice mail channels are available at the time a call is placed, the caller will
hear ring-back tone until a port is available.
