Programming Using a Web Browser (TCP/IP)
Programming the OM-VML Voice Processing System can be performed using an
Ethernet connection via a web browser. The OM-VML has a default IP Address of
192.168.0.220 and a Subnet Mask of 255.255.255.0.
A cross-over cable is required if you connect directly to the OM-VML.

Connect the Ethernet Cable to the Ethernet Port on the OM-VML Card.
Setup Your PC:
You must create a fixed IP address on your PC that is close to but not the same as the
OM-VML IP address. For example, the OM-VML Card IP Address is set to
192.168.0.220 set your PC to 192.168.0.221.
1. Locate your network connections under the Local Area Network window.
2. Double click on the Local Area Connection (Wired) - and select the Properties
window tab.
3. Scroll down to TCP/IP and double click to open the TCP/IP Properties.
4. Select Use the following IP Address and enter (for example) 192.168.0.221.
5. The Subnet Mask should automatically fill in with 255.255.255.0
6. Click OK until all network connection windows are closed.
7. Open Internet Explorer and enter the OM-VML Card IP Address. The default IP
Address is 192.160.0.220.
