2.11 Upgrade the Firmware and Reboot the Intercom

2.11.1 Uploading the Firmware

To upload the firmware from your computer:
1. Retrieve the latest Intercom firmware file from the VoIP Emergency Intercom Downloads page
2. Unzip the firmware version file. This file may contain the following:

Equipment Hazard: Devices with a serial number that begins with 2091xxxxx
can only run firmware versions 10.0.0 or later.
