2.5 Upgrade the Firmware and Reboot the Intercom

2.5.1 Uploading the Firmware

To upload the firmware from your computer:
1. Retrieve the latest Intercom firmware file from the VoIP Outdoor Intercom Downloads page at:
2. Unzip the firmware version file. This file may contain the following:

3. Log in to the Intercom home page as instructed in
4. Click the Firmware menu button to open the Firmware page. See
5. Select Browse, and then navigate to the location of the Intercom firmware file.
6. Click Upload.

only run firmware versions 10.0.0 or later.
