sure that there is enough play in the bracket so that it can move to the vertical support. Do
not tighten the hex head bolts.
You may need to remove the brackets and reinstall them.

Insert five caged nuts into the rack for each of the four shelf brackets (the 2 brackets that are
adjustable and the 2 that are fixed). Make sure that the caged nuts are all at the same height
on the vertical supports. Do not use the top hole in the bracket.
