Windows Driver Installation

NOTE: Please ensure to install the drivers BEFORE connecting the printers to
the PC.
1. Browse to the drivers directory: [Drive]:\Users\<logon_name>\TallyDas-
com\Drivers
2. Run the PrnInst.exe.
3. Select the printer model you want to install (see the rating plate for details)
4. Proceed with Next.
5. Select and/or create the port you intend to connect the printer.
6. Finish the installation process.
7. Now, connect the printer.
8. Switch on the printer.
9. The printer will be available in your windows system.

Setting Printing Preferences

The printer driver must be configured for the user's specific needs. Use the following
steps to set the default printer driver preferences.
1. Click Start.
2. Click Settings and choose Printers and Faxes.
3. Right-click on the printer icon and choose Properties from the shortcut menu. The
Properties dialog box appears.
4. Click Printing Preferences. The Printing Preferences dialog box appears.
5. Click each tab and set the options to match the user's specific printing requirements.
6. Click OK to close the Printing Preferences dialog box.
7. Click OK to save the printing preference and close the Properties dialog box.
