8. While holding the ribbon in place, pull gently on the green supply spindle to insert
the ribbon supply roll into place.

9. Place the ribbon supply roll into position as shown in Figure 2-29 below. Line up the
notches on the ribbon supply roll with the printer supply spindle tabs to secure the
ribbon supply roll into place.
