10. When the ribbon feels secure, gently push and rotate the green supply spindle clock-
wise, while holding the supply clutch hug, until the ribbon seats properly.

11. Once the ribbon supply roll is loaded, gently lower the printhead mechanism down
with one hand while holding the user interface cover with the other hand. DO NOT
LATCH the printhead mechanism. Refer to Figure 2-31.
