The following table defines controls, buttons and keys found on the T207M/T208M.

Dial Pad (Key Pad) Digit buttons used for dialing phone numbers or extension numbers.

Loudspeaker Output sound device used in hands free operation, paging and ringing.
Microphone Input sound device used in hands free operation.
Ring and Message Lamp flashes at a slow rate, indicating that a message is waiting.
Waiting Lamp Lamp flashes at a faster rate (to the beat of the ring) when the phone is ringing.
