To remove the air baffles:

Follow the instructions in
sure you turn off the server, then unplug the power cord and all other cables connected
to the server.

Follow the instructions in

Pull up on the large air baffle to remove it from the server chassis.

If you are required to remove the small air baffle, go to the next step. If not, go to
Step 5 in "Installing the air baffles" on page 53

Remove the fan module by following the instructions in
on page 85.

Remove the power distribution module by following the instructions in
the power distribution module" on page
"Preventing static electricity discharge" on page
"Opening the server case" on page
Take note of the cable routing under and around the air baffles. You
will need to re-route these cables when the baffles are reinstalled.
