E. Place a ¼" lock washer and a ¼" wing nut over each end of the U-
bolt and tighten the wing nuts (see Figure 13)

2. Install the anemometer arm:
A. Insert the anemometer arm into the anemometer base. Guide the
anemometer cable through the slot as you insert the arm (see
Figure 14)
