OMR Setup
To setup the scanner for OMR testing,
do the following:
1. Use a master OMR symbol with no
gaps and all bars equally spaced.
1. In the OMR Settings, enable
OMR Status.
2. Set
as desired.
Parity
3. Enter the number of fields (bars
or cells) in the symbol, in this
example, 9.
4. Enter the number of scans in the
read cycle. Five (5) is recom-
mended. Too high a number may
result in incomplete scans,
depending on symbol speed.
5. Select
Gate Bar
To save settings:
1. Right-click anywhere in the OMR Settings window.
2. Choose
Send, No Save

OMR Status
Definition:
When you click Enable, OMR Calibration menu, OMR is enabled and all
other codes are disabled.
Serial Cmd:
<K490,status,parity status,# fields,trigger delay mode,# scans,gate
bar location,trigger delay type,output style>
