Select the file you want to print using the {U} or {T} key, and then press
the {q Enter} key.
To cancel printing, press the {Escape}.
E
Press the {q Enter} key.
The "To print, press Escape 3 times" message appears. Then the file selection
screen reappears.
F
Press the {On Line} key.
The initial screen appears.
Note
❒ When printing is completed, the stored file is deleted.
❒ To stop printing after printing has started, press the {Job Reset} key. The
file is deleted.

Deleting Hold Print Files

Deleting a selected Hold Print file only
A
Press the {Menu} key.
The [Menu] screen appears.
B
Press the {U} or {T}key to display [Hold Print], and then press the {q Enter}
key.
C
Press the {U} or {T} key to display [Delete One File], and then press the {q
Enter} key.
The file name and the time when the job was stored appear.
Depending on the security settings, certain print jobs may not be displayed.
D
Press the {U} or {T} key to display the file you want to delete, and then
press {q Enter} key.
To cancel deleting a Hold Print file, press the {Escape} key.
E
Check that the file you want to delete is displayed, and then press the {q
Enter} key.
F
Press the {On Line} key.
The initial screen appears.
