Indicator is deregistered. The indicator cannot be presented as
+CIEV URC, but can be directly queried with AT+CIND?.

Indicator is registered, indicator event report is allowed.
The battery is either full or an external supply
source is used. The bit error rate of the signal
quality is not available (since there no call in
progress), and the ME is registered to its home
network.
Activate Indicator Event Report with at+cmer
You make a call.
A set of +CIEV URCs reports is presented
The receiver hangs up.
You deregister the indicators 'call' and
'sounder'
You make a call.
This time, no +CIEV URCs are displayed.
