Your camcorder has a selfdiagnosis
display
f\mction.
This function displays the ctnrent state of your
camcorder as a 5 digit code (a combination of a
letter and figures) on tile screen. If a 5 digit code is
displayed, check the following list of codes. The
last two digits (indicated hy K]K])differ depending
on the state of your camcorder.

Cause and/or Corrective Actions
• You are using a battery pack that is :lot an
"InfioLITHIUM" battery pack.
÷ Use an "InfoLITHIUM" battery pack (p. 18,223).
• Moisture condensation has occmred.
") Remove tbe cassette and leave your camcorder for at
least one hour to acclimatize (p. 228).
• The video heads are dirty.
÷ Clean the heads using the cleaning cassette (optional)
(p. 229).
• A malflmction otber than the above that you can service
has occurred.
") Remove the cassette and insert it again, then operate
your camcorder.
--) Disconnect the power cord of the AC power adaptor or
remove tile batte W pack. After reconnecting tile power
supply, operate your camcorder.
