Types of trouble and how to correct trouble
Symptom
The power does not turn oil.
The end search does not work.

Cause and/or Corrective Actions
• The battery park is not installed, or is dead oi"nearly dead.
+ Install a charged batte W pack (p. 15, 16).
• The AC power adaptor is not connected to a wall outlet.
") Connect the AC power adaptor to a wall outlet (p. 19).
• The cassette was ejected afier recording when using a
cassette without cassette memo W (p. 38).
• You have not recorded on the new cassette yet (p. 39).
• The tape has a blank portion at the beginning or midway
