Setting Event Log Properties

The Event Log Properties dialog box provides you with options for setting desired event logging capabilities. This
includes setting application launching to notify you of events that need immediate attention. For example:
You may want to be notified immediately if a critical error occurs, so you would configure the system to launch an
application to page you.
If the log file is growing too quickly, you may want to remove all optimal events from it.
Note:
The Client must be running in order to receive alarms from notification applications.
