Intel® Server Board S3000PT TPS
8.
Absolute Maximum Ratings
Operating the board at conditions beyond those shown in the following table may cause
permanent damage to the system. The table is provided for stress testing purposes only.
Exposure to absolute maximum rating conditions for extended periods may affect system
reliability.
Operating Temperature
Storage Temperature
Voltage on any signal with respect to ground
3.3 V Supply Voltage with Respect to ground
5 V Supply Voltage with Respect to ground
Notes:
1.
Chassis design must provide proper airflow to avoid exceeding the processor maximum case temperature.
2.
VDD means supply voltage for the device .

Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) Test Results
This section provides results of MTBF testing conducted by an Intel testing facility. MTBF is a
standard measure for the reliability and performance of the board under extreme working
conditions. For the Intel® Server Board S3000PT, the MTBF was measured at 20K hours at 40
degrees Centigrade.
