4 Replacement Procedures

Palm Rest and IPS Board

To remove the palm rest and IPS board, follow the steps below and refer to Figure 4-19 to 4-22.

1. Lay the computer upside down.

2. Remove three M2 4 silver screws securing the palm rest.

3. Turn the computer right side up and open the display so that it lies flat.
